been impressive at times but still an inconsistent passer. 

5.JOSH HEUPEL - Senior - Oklahoma

Had a great Senior season. He is a poised, smart, and

Michael Vick is a long way away from being a complete QB. He goes #1 based on his incredible potential. 

 
OU's Josh Heupel may have had a great year in 2001 but scouts are worried about his arm strength and athleticism.

like. Undersized but smart. Questionable arm strength.

Josh Booty has the ability to be an NFL starter. In fact, at first glance, he looks a lot like Peyton Manning. However, Booty is a long way away and will need a lot of work before he can contribute. 

 
Bart Hendricks has all the intangibles needed in a QB. His only drawback is size. A lot like Brees and Heupel. Also reminiscent of Jake Plummer.
