PROSPECT PROFILE

KOREN ROBINSON
WIDE RECEIVER
NORTH CAROLINA STATE
6'2  200  4.43

Koren Robinson had a wonderful year in 2000. He and Freshman QB Phillip Rivers hooked up for many big plays. However, after only his redshirt soph. year at NC State, Robinson has decided to leave for the NFL Draft. Robinson has incredible talent. He has the size, speed, hands and the body control needed to be a top Wideout in the NFL. Robinson's inexperience does count against him but for the most part, his game is very polished. His routes are good and though his downfield blocking isn't great, it isn't bad. Robinson's physical ability along with his big play capabilities put him right up there with , Michigan's David Terrell, as they battle for the top receiver spot. Robinson is going to be a great NFL receiver and should be a top 10 pick.
